Breathe…and ground your body as you begin your SUP Yoga experience. Slowly let go of tension while loosening your muscles and joints. Then enter the calm water as you settle within. Begin to move with your paddleboard through dynamic and static postures as you float above. Let the motion challenge and build core strength while allowing the water to become your guide. SUP Core Fitness
Burn fat, build lean muscle, sweat and get fit while you paddle, plank, push-up and push-off your board while working your entire core! Class time will begin with a land warm up then move to the water focusing on various paddle/strength interval workouts. SUP Core Fitness is a fun, challenging way to get fit, sculpt your body, strengthen your core and improve your balance while increasing your overall wellbeing. Classes led by Certified Fitness Professional and SUP enthusiast, Jesse Forsell. Total class time: 75 minutes. Max class size of 10 participants*.

Paddleboards, paddles, PFDs and leashes available. **Rental quantities limited – first come, first serve.** Discounted class rate of $17 for participants who bring their own paddleboard.
*To maximize the group’s time on the water, previous paddleboard experience is required to participate in a SUP Yoga / SUP Core Fitness class. Wai Nani Surf & Paddle’s “What is SUP? Safety First! Classes may be rescheduled in the event of cautious wind/weather or if there are less than 4 participants. Wai Nani Surf & Paddle will contact class participants a minimum of 1-hour prior to the class start via the participant’s email and/or phone provided at checkout. Please confirm class status prior to departing for the beach in the event of questionable weather. Full refunds will be provided for any Wai Nani Surf & Paddle beach closure.

Wind/Weather Notice: Safety First! Conditions, especially high off-shore wind, can be extremely deceptive for those new to paddleboarding. Wai Nani Surf & Paddle reserves the right to close rental operations in the event of cautious wind (10+ mph) and weather. Please call prior to departing for the beach in the event of questionable wind/weather. Wai Nani Surf & Paddle will contact renters/class participants a minimum of 1-hour prior to their reservation in the event of a cancellation (as determined by the sole discretion of the Wai Nani Surf & Paddle team.) Full refunds will be given for any Wai Nani Surf & Paddle beach closure.
Age Activity Notice: Due to safety concerns, Rentals as well as Clinics/Classes at Wayzata Beach are for individuals age 12+ only (age 12-15 must be accompanied on the water by a parent or adult guardian.) Sorry, no riders allowed while renting at Wayzata Beach (including pets.) Half/Full Day, Weekend and Multi-Day Rentals outside of Wayzata Beach are available to ALL ages when reserved by a consenting adult age 18+.

Equipment Notice: Everything you need, we provide. Paddleboards, Paddles, Leashes and Life Jackets (PFD) are included with every Wai Nani Surf & Paddle rental and class activity. Just bring your smile and a sense for adventure!
Wai Nani Surf & Paddle only uses the best, most enjoyable rental paddleboards around. Our brand new rental fleet is made up of stable 2016 lightweight epoxy SUP ATX paddleboards that comfortably accommodate paddlers up to approximately 225-240lbs. To ensure the utmost safety of our guests, participants MUST be in good physical condition to independently pull themselves up in the event they fall off their board.
