This class is open to beginner yogis, as well as those with experience looking to practice their skills. Paddle boarding experience is required!
New to SUP Yoga? This increasingly popular form of yoga combines traditional yoga poses with the challenge of balancing on the paddle board. The boards will be anchored in a stable position and it will become your floating yoga mat. Paddleboard yoga helps to engage core muscles and focus on balance – the SUP adds another dimension that requires strength and stability. SUP yoga offers many benefits including improved balance, core strength, mindfulness and focus, connection with nature, and a full body workout!
